What I’m Up to Now
- It’s Corona time so I spend 90% of my day at home.
- Stepped up in my fitness regime -> mainly focusing on increasing strenght, eating protein and training muscles I’ve never trained
- Started doing Buteyko exercises because I tend to hyperventilate. Will publish update on this.
- When not working for my job I focus on my side project -> Delved. Goal is to launch it in the next 2 weeks.
- A few new articles hopefully coming soon blog
