What I’m Up to Now

  • It’s Corona time so I spend 90% of my day at home.
  • Stepped up in my fitness regime -> mainly focusing on increasing strenght, eating protein and training muscles I’ve never trained
  • Started doing Buteyko exercises because I tend to hyperventilate. Will publish update on this.
  • When not working for my job I focus on my side project -> Delved. Goal is to launch it in the next 2 weeks.
  • A few new articles hopefully coming soon  blog
